The Profile Builder is an interactive online tool which secondary students can use to plan their future education and career pathway. FitzBeck designed the tool which enables students to bring up their own NCEA record of standards acheved and map it against vocational career requirements.

A New Website For UNESCO

UNESCO

Costly maintenance, hard to update, static content and past its best. If any of this sounds familiar, you might be ready for a FitzBeck web refresh. The New Zealand National Commission for UNESCO was.

We used our web design expertise to create a clean, simple, professional website and extranet using an open-source content management system. We also worked with the UNESCO team to create information architecture that helps to advance their business goals – intuitive navigation that is future proof and allows for growth and change is as important as the mechanics of any web build.

PMA Branding

PMAbranding_350x122

The Pasifika Medical Association has delivered support services to the health sector since 1996. From providing policy advice to government and advocating on health issues to running training programmes, the PMA does extraordinary work representing Pacific health professionals and promoting health as a career to young people.

Recently we’ve refreshed their branding and developed a series of sub-brands for their latest programmes, including Healthcare Heroes and Students are our Future. These brands have featured widely on conference materials, banners, t-shirts, cars, publications, DVDs and websites.

Capacity Raises Public Profile

Keeping people safe and healthy is one of the many unsung achievements of the companies that manage our drinking, storm and wastewater resources. Capacity Infrastructure Services manages water across the Wellington region, in partnership with councils, communities, engineering consultants and contractors. FitzBeck Creative designed this publication to help Capacity to capture the scope and scale of its work and raise public awareness of its achievements.

Power Of Good

powerofgood

FitzBeck Creative is delighted to support the Downtown Community Ministry, which works at the tough end of things. When people have no money, no food and no roof over their heads, they go to DCM.

We’re really proud to support their work by producing a brochure and flyer to help them promote their programmes.

They do fantastic work supporting the most vulnerable people in our society in putting their lives back together. Go to www.dcm.org.nz to find out how you can help too.

Client feedback: A huge thank you for your hard work and a fabulous result – we are really thrilled with the brochure and posters. Thanks so much for your support.

Navigators Share Their Stories

NavigatorsBook_350x218

Since its infancy in the 1990s, the Pacific health sector has gone from strength to strength, largely due to the energy and commitment of a pioneering group of Pacific doctors, nurses and health professionals.

This stunning 112pp book celebrates the huge contribution made by those people, who have done so much to improve the health of Pacific communities.

We interviewed these Pacific pioneers and wrote, designed and published Navigators for the Pasifika Medical Association. The book was launched at the recent PMA conference to great acclaim.

Keeping Kids Cybersafe

keepingkidscybersafe

Early childhood services are making greater use ICT technology in their teaching and learning than ever before. Children are skyping, blogging and googling like never before. ICT provides wonderful opportunities but also contains some risks.

FitzBeck produced CyberCitizens and CyberSafe, a 20 min DVD to guide ECE services, parents and communities about cybersafety measures. It features the insights of educators and representatives from NetSafe, Hector’s World, the NZ Police, the Department of Internal Affairs and Decipher Ltd.

A feature of this project was the collaborative model used to produce the DVD which enabled many people and organisations to have input during its scripting and development.

Client feedback: “Thank you for the continued effort that your team has put into this project. We appreciated the rapport you developed with the ECE staff and children … and your ability to meet the tight timeframes.”

Welcoming Wellington – A Multimedia

welcomingwellington

Key concepts put to music and supported by the right images can create a very memorable and effective communication. FitzBeck created a short multimedia to launch the Settlement Strategy for the Wellington region at Te Papa. We also designed the Strategy publication and assisted with writing and editing services.

Client feedback: “Thanks so much for your support in the production of the WRSS documents and the multimedia presentation. The documents looked great and everyone enjoyed the multimedia presentation. Well done!”
